Shipping Policy

All postage charges are calculated at the checkout upon placing an order. After you have placed your order on Dotty Black’s website, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends).

Standard Shipping

Orders placed are automatically sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post. Royal Mail 2nd class typically takes 2-3 working days to arrive from the day of dispatch. You can upgrade any order to Royal Mail 1st class post for an additional charge.

Postal charges are calculated by the weight and size of the parcel and packaging.

In the unlikely event your order takes longer than stated to arrive, please get in touch by using the contact form. Please note, Royal Mail will not declare a parcel as lost until 10 working days have passed from the dispatch date, at which point Dotty Black will happily replace or refund your order.
