How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's postal service, using plastic free, protective packaging. All cards are shipped using board backed envelopes.

My order still hasn't arrived, who can I speak to?

If your order hasn't arrived within the time frame estimated, please fill out a form via Contact or send an email to Ebony at hello@dottyblack.co.uk

Can I return my order?

If you've had a change of mind, you can return your order within 14 days from delivery. For further information, please check out my Returns/Refunds policy.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Dotty Black ships within the UK only.

Can I send my order directly to someone as a gift?

Absolutely! Just make sure to add the recipients address as the delivery address, along with a little gift message which you can add in the notes area at checkout. No payment invoice will be placed in this order.

Can any of your cards be personalised?

Sadly none of the cards on Dotty's website can be personalised, however I do have personalised options of many of these designs over on Moonpig, Thortful, Scribbler and Card Factory… by searching 'Dotty Black' in the search on their websites.

Is Dotty Black eco-friendly?

Sure thing… all of Dotty Black's greeting cards use responsibly sourced, environmentally friendly paper stocks with no use of nasty plastics! All of Dotty Black's greeting cards are 100% fully recyclable (even the ones with foil). All orders are packaged using plastic free packaging.
