Dottys Return Policy and refund policy

If you’ve had second thoughts about your order, or it hasn’t quite met your expectations, Dotty Black will happily accept returns and will fully refund the cost of the item/order (excluding original shipping paid). Please notify Dotty Black within 7 days of receiving your item, if you wish to return it. Please fill in a contact form with your order number.

Orders must be sent back, unused and (where possible) in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the postal cost of the returned item.

Missing, damaged, faulty or problem with your order

If your order has been damaged in transit or appears faulty, Dotty Black will happily replace your order as soon as possible.
